Booking and Payment
Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid.
Balance: The balance for the entire stay must be paid no later than the day of departure, before boarding
Cancellation Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the following charges apply depending on the date of your notification:
- More than 7 days before departure: Free cancellation and refund of the deposit.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: The full amount (100%) is due.
Weather and Safety
Weather conditions: For your safety, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel a trip in the event of adverse weather or dangerous sea conditions. In such circumstances, we will offer you a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Safety on board: Compliance with the safety instructions given by the crew is mandatory to ensure the smooth running of the trip.
